Upon entry to the ballpark, fans will have their bags searched and will need to pass through a walk-through metal detector.
• Guests will need to empty their pockets of keys, mobile phones and other items before walking through the metal detector. Guests can opt out of the walk thru metal detector screening, but they will be subject to hand held metal detector screening or alternative screening procedures.
• It is suggested guests minimize the amount of items they bring to the ballpark.
There will be no access to the ballpark from the Beer Hall or the Labatt Blue Light Jungle outside doors.
• No knives or weapons of any kind.
• Bottles, Cans, Liquid Containers, Laser Devices, and Horns are not permitted in the Ballpark.
By use of this ticket, the ticketholder agrees that: (a) he or she shall not transmit or aid in transmitting any information about the game to which it grants admission, including, but not limited to, many account, description, picture, video, audio, reproduction or other information concerning the game (The “Game Information”): (b) the Club issuing the ticket is the exclusive owner of all copyrights and other proprietary rights in the game and Game Information; and (c) Club, MLB Properties, Inc. and Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc. shall have the unrestricted right and license to use his or her likenesses as included in any broadcast, telecast, or photograph taken in connection with the game. Violation of any agreement automatically terminates this license.
The holder assumes all risk and danger incidental to entering Comerica Park and/or participating in the game of Baseball, including specifically (but not exclusively) the danger of being injured by thrown bats and thrown or batted balls, and agrees the Sponsor, Commissioner, the Participating Clubs, with their Agents and Players, are not liable for injuries resulting from such causes.
